How BRISK Business Inc. designs, delivers, and sustains training programs.
A Structured Methodology, Not a Slide Deck
Our training is organized across three levels: the CxO / executive suite, where strategic decisions are made; middle management, where programs and portfolios are delivered; and the delivery organization, where operational and task-level work happens.
Design is built around PMI’s Project Manager Competency Development Framework, balancing the ‘Art of Management’ — emotional intelligence, communication, leadership, coaching — with ‘Scientific Tools and Techniques’ such as Gantt charts, PERT, and network diagrams.
Our Standardized Process
Training Needs Assessment (TNA) — design sampling method, understand intended outcomes, perform gap analysis, and develop competency frameworks
Client-approval workflow — agenda and materials sent, client feedback incorporated, and materials tailored to participant profiles before delivery
A dedicated coach and facilitator throughout the program, for consistency start to finish
Pre- and post-course assessment, with a formal post-training report
Learning management system access, with facilitator consultation available for up to 12 months after course completion
