Return, Cancellation, Substitution, and Refund Policy

Online Courses, Webinars, and Other Online Learning Modules

Customer may receive a refund on an eLearning on Demand course, webinar, or online learning module if it has been purchased but not started.

No refund is available if the customer has started taking the course, webinar, or learning module

No refund is available if the course, webinar, or learning module has expired

Face-to-Face Courses, Seminars, and Other Events

Customer may receive a full refund if Cancellation is received up to fourteen days before the course/seminar/event start date.

No refund will be granted if cancellation is made after fourteen days from the start date, and BRISK Business Inc. has the right to retain the full fees. In case of partial payment by the customer, the customer is still responsible for completing payment for the course/seminar/event.

Customers who do not cancel or do not attend a course/seminar/event for which they are registered are still responsible for full payment of complete course fees.

Customers may substitute occurrences of course/seminar/event if they are not able to attend the course for which they are registered within a period of 1 year from the original course start date. After the 1-year period, registration is automatically expired.

In case of cancellation by BRISK Business Inc., the customer will be informed of a new occurrence of the course/seminar/event within 21 days. The customer has the right to register for the new occurrence at no extra charge, or request a refund of course/seminar/event fees. BRISK Business Inc. will not be responsible for the customer’s airfare, hotel expenses, or any other third-party or personal expenses or cancellation fees.

In order to receive a refund, all material, books, or other items received by the customer prior to the course/seminar/event start date must be returned in its original condition, otherwise, it will be charged to the customer at its original list price.

In the case of substitution, the customer will not receive new material, books, or software already provided.

Dates, times and pricing of all courses/seminars/events are subject to change.

Software

Opened, downloaded, activated and used software will not be returned or refunded.

Physical Products

Customers may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 14 days of receipt and receive a full refund less shipping and any other charges (including but not limited to customs and other tariffs). All orders for items already shipped must be returned for a refund.

A 25% restocking fee is charged for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.

Any shipping cost incurred by the customer to return the product to us will not be refunded.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless an error has been made by BRISK Business Inc.

If an order has not yet been shipped, the customer may view the details of the order and choose the Cancel Order button.

All returns must be shipped back to BRISK Business Inc. using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation)

Any package that has not been received by BRISK Business Inc. and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

If your package is returned to BRISK Business Inc. marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a $15 re-shipping fee.

Please include all the following information with your returned package, and in any correspondence regarding your return/cancelation. Returns and Cancellations will not be processed in the case of missing, incorrect, or incomplete information.

  2. Phone number
  3. E-mail address
  4. Packing slip (for physical products)
  5. Original Order Confirmation Number
  6. Reason for return/cancellation

Please allow up to 14 business days to process your cancellation, return, or substitution. You will receive a confirmation email once the transaction is completed.

Claims

Customers must notify BRISK Business Inc. no later than 15 days from the date of ordering if they have not received their purchased items, or have received damaged merchandise.
